What motivated you to be a civil engineering works execution managing engineer?
On my visiting a construction site, the supervising engineer looked very cool.
I had liked watching heavy equipment moving on site, and I heard many women played important roles recently, so I decided to be a civil engineer.
What are your job descriptions?
Mainly, safety management on site and documentation.
When working on site, I assist senior supervisors and subcontractors.
What do you care about at work?
I check workers' physical condition prior to work so as not to force them to work in bad condition.
As construction is a teamwork, I make it point to communicate proactively with subcontractors.
How is the atmosphere in the company?
I think I am allowed to do what I want to do.
Senior coworkers are friendly and explain me of various things, so I am working happily and comfortably.
How do you spend your days off ?
I do house chores and do what I like.
On a sunny day, I drive a little farther.

What motivated you to be a building construction management engineer?
I have always been interested in building since I was a child, and I wanted to be engaged in homebuilding someday.
It was because I wanted to challenge the construction manager rather than the craftsman.
What are your job descriptions?
Safety management, photo management, and construction management.
What do you care about at work?
We pay special attention to safety, and the quality of the construction.
How is the atmosphere in the company?
As a foreign employee, I have problems not only in my work but also in daily life.
They are always kind and helpful in such a situation.
How do you spend your days off ?
I go shopping with my family and drive around.
